RCAHA

On October 19th 2010 resident trainer Vandi Reeves was elected to serve a two year term as a director on the Rancho California Arabian Horse Association board of directors. She is very excited to be involved with this club and can’t wait to begin serving her term in January of 2011.

VANDI REEVES, RESIDENT TRAINER AT EL CAMINO RANCH SPENT 5 DAYS IN SCOTTSDALE, PARTICIPATING IN THE ARABIAN HORSE JUDGING SCHOOL.  Vandi will be judging as a learner judge this year in 3 shows, (none that our students show in), and will then return for testing in one or two years, after which she will earn a recorded “r”  judges card, then after several years of more judging she can earn her Registered “R”  judging card.  Vandi was one of 60 participant in the school this year, the largest class ever.
Just ask Vandi about “anything” in her Rule Books!!!!

REDLANDS CHRISTMAS PARADE

El Camino students in the Amateur Barn and the Riding Academy had a hilarious fun time in the Christmas parade in Redlands on Saturday nite, 12-5-09.  Six students and Instructor, Tara Ellwanger, rode horses, and 20 some students and parents rode on the float following the horses.  The El Camino clown, Miguel Ramos,  was a hit with the judges!!  Scott Reeves drove our truck float, and Juan Irigoyen was the Commanding General.  Thank you to all the involved parents who helped us make this a memorable occasion for all the students.
