Training Services
El Camino offers training services for horses of all breeds and ages. We have four professional trainers on staff that specialize in different areas. El Camino can help you transform you unbroke green horse into a seasoned trail or show horse. Although we show and compete with our Arabian and Half-Arabian horses on the national level, we also attend local open shows open to all breeds. Whether your goal is to develop a better working relationship between you and your horse, or to compete on the show level, El Camino has a place just for you. You will have the time of your life here at El Camino!

Training Stalls

Training Facilities
- Customer tack room
- 60 foot diameter covered and lighted bull pen
- 120 x 180 foot outdoor lighted arena
- Lighted small arena
- 150 foot long covered breeze way
- Three hot walkers
- Cross ties and washracks equiped with automatic fly spray
- Reinforced rubber & sand arena footing
- Turn out grass paddocks are available, if included as a part of the horses’ training
Training Services and Health Care
- 24 hour surveillance
- Experienced, specialized, and skilled trainers
- Experienced grooms with top of the line supplies & equipment
- Five days of training, 1 day of exercise, 1 day of rest
- Horses are groomed daily before and after training
- Blanket service
- Laundry of blankets & day sheets
- Basic clipping (bridle path, muzzle, ears)
- Tail care
- Regular health monitoring
- We feed Alfalfa Hay, grass hay, and a pelleted grain
- Horses are fed three times per day
- Electrolytes offered before and after work
- Veterinary, farrier, and chiropractic care is available
Training at El Camino Ranch
We accept Arabians, Half Arabians, as well as other breeds of horses in our programs. If you have a unique situation (special medication/ feed/bedding) we will work with you to come up with a custom training/boarding package.

**When riding on their own, Customer provides the tack for their horse**
A Services Contract for Customers wishing to utilize El Camino’s Training programs will be available when you bring your horse to the ranch for Training.
