Boot Camp
This camp is by invitation only and is available exclusively to long time EC students and customers. The student must pass a lungeing and grooming test before admittance into the program. The student must also pass a riding test before riding is permitted during boot camp. This program is designed to give students the ranch life experience. Boot camp provides an opportunity to spend time at the ranch doing barn activities and caring for our lesson horses and El Camino’s older retired horses. The price is $20 for one month of camp. The hours will be restricted to anytime an El Camino trainer or instructor is present. The opportunity to ride a horse will be presented once a student has earned twelve credits and passed the riding test. Students will only be allowed to lunge and bathe horses designated by El Camino. Students must be supervised at all times, so appropriate hours should be scheduled with an EC trainer.
