Riding Academy Lessons

PRIVATE RIDING Lessons, one time or occasional lesson on EC horse………………………………………………………………………..$45.00/hour

All other lessons, prepaid on 1 st of month for 1 month………………………………………………………………………$40.00/hour

Private Riding Lesson on own horse, prepaid on 1st of month for l month……………………………………………………………………….$35.00/hour

Lessons are generally scheduled for l hour each week. Your payment reserves the time & date of your choice.

The Student earns certificates based on skill levels. Family and friends are ivited to attend El Camino’s Annual Fall Festival where Level of Achievement Awards are presented to each student.

We provide:

• The Horse
• ASTM/SEI approved helmet
• The Tack (saddle, saddle pad, bridle, reins)
• One Hour Lesson
• Professional Instructor
• SAFE environment in which to ride
• Experience in huntseat, western, gymkhana, basic dressage, and equitation

MOMMY, ME, AND MY PONY

El Camino Ranch offers a Mommy, Me and my Pony class for children 3 years and older with their parents. It is never to early to set the foundation for a lifelong devotion to horses. Although riding the horse may be a few years away, this program gives the student an opportunity to learn patience, responsibility and self confidence. Our instructors keep a watchful eye on the students at all times to promote a safe environment where learning can begin. The fee includes a thirty minute class where the children will learn to groom and care for the Miniature horses and the ponies. If time permits there will be a horse story book read by the instructor, a horse video may be watched, or tour of the ranch to explore all the animals may be given. A child at this age can have so much fun interacting with the animals, and they learn early on to be comfortable and around horses.
